Q: How high does the ceiling need to be?
A: The chimney telescopes to fit most standard Irish ceiling heights (roughly 2.4m to 2.6m). For very tall ceilings, an extension chimney kit is available separately from Electrolux.

Q: Ducted or recirculation — which is better?
A: Ducted to outside is always more effective if you have the route for it (through an external wall). Recirculation with a charcoal filter is the answer where ducting isn't practical.

Q: Is a chimney extension included?
A: The standard telescopic chimney is included and covers most ceiling heights. Very tall rooms may need a specific extension.
